Who is ALFAA?
Accessible Housing For All Australians (ALFAA) is a social minded residential property business enterprise owned by ALFAA Management Pty Ltd.
ALFAA is an NDIS registered Specialist Disability Accommodation provider (SDA) and is accredited by the NDIS to provide SDA dwellings for people with disabilities. ALFAA has formed several relationships with “Not For Profit organizations” that are NDIS registered and approved Specialist Independent living providers (SIL). The SIL providers deliver 24/7 “on site care” to people with disabilities living in the SDA dwellings.
ALFAA offers potential property investors the opportunity to invest in the “Impact Investment Space” (via a unit trust structure) with a Commonwealth Government supported rental income stream paid monthly + *25% share of capital growth in the SDA NDIS property.

The Commonwealth Government supported income stream is provided through the National Disability Insurance Scheme – (NDIS).
In essence, Accessible Living For All Australians, and private investors, through the ALFAA Trust, are funding homes, with the Commonwealth Government, to provide new homes for people with disabilities, in collaboration with Government Approved “Not For Profit” care providers as per the NDIS budget.
