Accessible Living For All Australians (ALFAA) is a socially minded residential property, business enterprise owned by ALFAA Management Pty Ltd

ALFAA is a Registered Commonwealth Government Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider. Registration Number 4-G0IXIQX 

The main role of ALFAA is to deliver quality, purpose built, High Physical Support, Specialist Disability Accommodation, (SDA), on a community needs basis, for NDIS approved disability clients in Australia.

ALFAA locates suitable land, contract builds NDIS approved and certified SDA High Physical Support Dwellings – manages the construction process through to the delivery of the new SDA homes.

ALFAA also works with Commonwealth Government NDIS approved – not for profit – care providers (SIL’S) to assist NDIS approved disability clients, to secure their new homes.

ALFAA manages the SDA dwelling on an on-going basis. ALFAA does not provide any care services for NDIS clients.
