ALFAA Delivers Eight more Villas in Mackay After many months
After many months of construction ALFAA can proudly announce EIGHT new residences for High Physical Support Participants spread across 2 large allotments completed in December 2024!
These specialist disability homes are one bedroom villas allowing individual privacy and freedom! The villas are supported with two On-site Overnight assistance living pods staffed by OneLife. If you are in need of specialist accommodation then drop us a line.

Thorugh the design process ALFAA spent many hours in discussions with the BRD Group in fine tuning what would become our standard SDA design.
Our first completed desgin in Bowen QLD was entered into the “Building Designers Association of Australia” national awards and triumphed.
These specialist disability homes are made up of 4 one bedroom villas allowing individual privacy and freedom!
Since the Bowen home we have had two more of this design handed over in Notrth Mackay and are only a few months off completion of a fourth SDA home in Gladstone!
